v     Competition is open to all under graduate bonafide students of all Engineering Colleges in Maharashtra State.

v     The paper can be authored by a maximum number of two students.

v     The registration fee is Rs.200/- per paper.

v     D.D should be drawn in favour of “The Principal, Government College of Engineering, Jalgaon” payable at Jalgaon issued by State Bank of India only.

v     The abstract should not exceed 300 words, presentation time will be of only 10 min. followed by a Question & Answer session of about 5 min.

v     The candidates are required to send hard copy and one soft copy (in CD format only) of paper with abstract in A4 size and it should be typed in 12 font size in MS-WORD 2000-2003 with 1.5 line spacing. Paper and Registration form enclosed with D.D. in an envelope superscribing “Techno-Arena-2007” on it should be send to the Programme Co-ordinator.

v     Limited accommodation for participants shall be arranged only on prior request in nearby hotels. Rent in the hotels ranges from Rs. 100/- to Rs.300/- per day per person.

v     Students may use photocopy of the registration form that is provided to your college or may download it from college website or may take a printout of format of registration form.

v     It is mandatory to write the valid e-mail id and selection will only be intimated by e-mail.

v     Author’s presence during presentation is mandatory.

v     Presentation of the paper will be permitted on OHP/LCD.

v     Decision of Judges will be final, and binding on the participants.

v     Only those participants who will present a paper will be given the certificate of participation.
